I figured it's time to get into blogging again. Some of you may remember me from 'A Day in the Life of the Fraulein', however, I've decided to start over on a new clean slate. My life has changed so much in the past couple of months that this blog deserves a new start, starting fresh!
Here is a highlight of the biggest changes and developments in our lives in the past couple of months:
That's where we are now! We live in a quaint little German community, our balcony overlooks the church and bordering on the backyard is a dairy farm. The moo-ing of the cows has become a familiar sound! Walk through town and by the lake and you'll frequently run into a shepherd tending to his flock of sheep, and you'll see the herding dogs anxiously trying to keep everyone together. It's like a scene from the movies, but here, it's the day to day life.
Ohhh...
And one more thing has changed too...
I guess it's kind of a major thing too...
A real life changer...
:-)
We are expecting a new arrival to the family in January!
I'm halfway through week 7 and Baby G is the size of a blueberry!
Pretty amazing!
And, another great and exciting reason to start blogging again ;-)
Here is a highlight of the biggest changes and developments in our lives in the past couple of months:
- I left a fantastic job and a life in Washington DC which I loved for something, well, someone I loved even more...
- ...and we had military orders to move to Germany
- We packed up our lives and our two kitties and got on a plane to Germany, ready to start our new life together.
